(“Anon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit anon.com, use our products, services, websites, APIs, SDKs, and software (collectively, the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us. Account information. When you create an account, we collect authentication details through our identity provider (Clerk), including your email, name, profile image, and organization membership.

Usage information. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, features used, requests made, IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, authenticate sessions, and measure performance and usage.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send related communications;

4. Customer Data

When you use the Services as part of an organization (“Customer”), the Customer controls the data submitted to the Services on its behalf (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data on the Customer's behalf as described in our Terms of Service. If you have questions about Customer Data, please contact your administrator. Anon may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data derived from the Services for any lawful purpose, including product development, research, and publication of industry benchmarks.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Transfers

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies before providing them information.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL. Material changes will be effective upon posting or as otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
