Anon

We're hiring

Build the agency winning AI-led discovery for SMBs.

Search is moving to AI assistants. Anon is the agency winning brands their spot in the answer — full-service, paid on outcomes.

What we're building

A full-service agency for AI visibility — delivered as outcomes, not dashboards.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot now sit between brands and their future customers — summarizing categories, recommending products, quietly deciding who gets considered. SMBs don't need another analytics seat to figure that out. They need a team that wins it for them. Anon is that team.

Outcomes, not tooling

We get paid for citations earned, recommendations won, and pipeline shifted inside AI answers. Not seats. Not reports. SMBs hire us to move a number, and the engagement is structured around moving it.

A delivery machine

Strategy, content, technical fixes, digital PR, and prompt-level testing all live under one roof. We're building the operating system of a modern GEO agency — playbooks, internal tools, and a team that ships the work, not just the recommendation.

Built for the new front page

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot are where the next decade of buying decisions get made. We meet customers there — every engagement is grounded in what these models are saying about a category today, and what it takes to change it.

How we work

Small team. Real ownership. Customers in the room.

We're remote-first with a few hours of committed overlap each day, async-first writing, and periodic offsites for the work that benefits from being in a room together.

Ship end-to-end

Everyone owns work from strategy through delivery to the customer call. No tickets handed down a chain.

Speed, then polish

We get first cuts in front of customers fast and sharpen what's earned its place. High bar, but iterative — not stalled.

Customers in the room

Marketing leaders at fast-growing brands talk to us weekly. Whoever does the work lives in it with the people who feel the outcome.

Decisions in prose

We write things down. Async-first, strong opinions held loosely, threads beat meetings. Clear writing compounds.

Small team, real leverage

Every hire shifts the company. We're deliberate about who joins and trust them to act like owners on day one.

Bias toward action

When the right answer isn't obvious, we run the experiment and look at the data. Vibes are a hypothesis, not a conclusion.

Inside Anon

A room full of people who'd rather build it than talk about it.

We work from a studio together when it matters and ship from anywhere the rest of the time. Heads-down days, long dinners, and a team that actually likes hanging out after the laptops close.

What we look for

The people who do their best work here share a few traits.

All current roles sit inside the GTM Machine — sales, marketing, content, digital PR, ops — but the fit signal stays consistent.

  • 01A bias toward shipping outcomes — you'd rather move a client's citation count this week than perfect a deck for three.
  • 02Comfort with ambiguity. GEO is new; the playbook is being written engagement by engagement.
  • 03Strong writing. Most decisions — and most of the work product clients see — happen in prose.
  • 04Genuine curiosity about how LLMs behave in the wild, and the patience to test claims against real data.

Open roles

We're hiring for the GTM Machine.

Every open role builds the engine that finds SMBs, runs the work, and delivers the outcome. Current openings are listed below — if nothing's a perfect fit, the note at the bottom of this page goes straight to the team.

Don't see your role?

We're a small team and the org chart changes faster than the job board does. If you'd be a force multiplier here, send us a note about what you'd want to work on and how you'd know it was working.
